KT Dorfman is a writer and visual artist from NYC. She holds an MFA in poetry from NYU.

Her work has been longlisted twice for the National Poetry Competition, and shortlisted for Room Magazine, Driftwood Press Prize, Button Poetry First Book Prize, OnlyPoems Poet of the Year, Press 53, and the Tucson Literary Awards.

She is represented by Judythe Cohen at Janklow and Nesbit. She loves geodes and small insects.
